Lobster Lovers

This interesting selection pours a very clear, brilliant gold with tons of tight rising carbonation. The soapy, egg shell white head holds well and leaves some decent, spotty lace. Certainly characteristic of a quality lager. Aroma is actually very nice. Lots of sweet malt, apple, corn, some faint hops, coriander and a splash of citrus and honey mixed in for good measure. Initial flavor is sweet, balanced citrus and apple. Lots of sweet honey and toasty malt. Citrus, apple, and a bit of sour cherry is detectable. Lots of character and a hint of booze induced warmth. Smooth, mellow and very well balanced. The caramel/honey sweetness really lingers too. The booze is well hidden and palatable. Clean but with a nice lingering buttery texture. Slick and a bit creamy taste in the finish. A definite buttery character in the flavor and the texture makes this brew go well with lobster. Extremely well crafted.

Premium class products characterize technological abilities of beer brewery GUBERNIJA. For it's production the highest quality ingredients are used - extremely qualitative light barley malt and the best bitter aromatic hops, which during the technologic process are placed in such a way that their subtle aroma is preserved. Svyturys Ekstra

ŠVYTURIO EKSTRA belongs to “Dortmunder/European Export” class, it’s volume is 5.2%, the beer is of transparent golden colour. When one would drink it - the glass will be decorated by perfect thick white head. It is made of fresh malt, rice, bitter and aromatic hops, beer yeast and fresh water. It has an intense aroma of hops and rich long lasting taste that is empowered by slight bitterness generated by hops. Experts of most prestigious competitions – the World Beer Cup and the World Beer Championship – awarded it with gold and silver medals in 2000 and 2001 accordingly. In the competition organised by Confederation of Lithuanian Industrialists this beer was recognised as the product of the year even two times – in 1997 and 1998.
